Maximum speed limits are posted on most of the roadways. Breaking the posted speed limit and driving faster than is safe for current conditions is dangerous and illegal. You must be able to control the speed of your vehicle at all times no matter what the weather condition or traffic situation is. Always drive more carefully near schools, playgrounds, parks, and residential areas because children may suddenly run into the street.

Be courteous on the road, if you're going slower than the car behind, let them pass. On two-way highways sometimes you can see special areas called turnouts. You may pull to the side in these areas and allow cars behind you to pass.
