What Is AB 60?
AB 60 is a new state law that allows immigrants living in California to get a drivers license. This includes all immigrants, with any immigration status.
Starting on January 1, 2015, you can apply for an AB 60 drivers license, even if you do not have proof of legal presence in the United States.
So far, 64% of the applicants have failed the Spanish DMV written test. Use the resources below to prepare for the test and apply for your AB 60 license.
