This driving school did not teach my son basic information to pass the test, like where the high beams are. They claim that their drivers did take the drivers educator exam with penndot, but penndot examiners assured me that that cannot be true for suck basic key information as that to be missed in 3 lessons. The very rude lady that answers the phone, and always threatens you with extra fees when confirming appointments, claims to be the person in charge states that, even though all lessons where evening hours, that it was my responsibility to have educated him on where high beems are and refuses to refund me even a portion of the money that I was robbed from. Stay away from this school if you want to pass your drivers test!

Very disappointing. When I scheduled the two-hour lesson, I specifically requested instruction for taking the driver's test. I was shocked when my son told me that they did not practice parallel parking at all and, surprise! he failed parallel parking at his driver's test the next day. I complained to Savioz and was told that, even though I had requested preparation for the driver's test, my 16-year-old son didn't say anything about it. Really! A 16-year-old not volunteering information? My request was ignored and - $95 later - my son is blamed. Poor service, poor instruction, poor customer relations.
