You are not permitted to obtain the driving records of others. However, there may be certain times when you are required to present your own driving record. There a few ways for you to obtain this from the DMV.

You may go to your closest Colorado full-service driver license office (a list is available here) and receive a copy.
You may request a copy by mail. In your request, you must list your driver license number, your full name, your date of birth, and sign your request.
Your record will reflect your driving activity for the last seven years.
