I sent my daughter to Schwartz in 2009. She had a great experience and was taught everything she needed to know to head out on the road. She has remained a great driver. Schwartz is A OK in my book! Thanks Donna for accomedating us...

To me they were the most dedicated professionals in the business, unlike westland who quotes one price then charges anotherI would rather go with a top rate company like Schwartz than a fly by night like westland, who was trained by Schwartz by the way

i tried to go to Schwartz for a remedial driving course, i called a week in advance and signed up. The day before Schwartz called me and asked if i was still coming and asked me to call the number they left, i tried to call them back at the number they left and no one answered, so i called the emergency number must have been someone's cell phone and when i got an answer i got an attitude for calling that number. Then i got told that the other person that had signed up had not called back to confirm that they will be there, so they told me that they would call me back later that night to tell me if the class was going to happen, i later got the call and said that the the other student had not called, so the class was canceled due to only 1 student was gonna be there, the lady from Schwartz told me by Ohio Law they can not run a class with only 1 student. I work a 2nd shift job and told me that they would reschedule me for next week, i had to schedule a day off to take the class since they only have the class on friday mornings in Grove City. So i needed to find another option because i needed to take it this weekend so i didn't need to take another day off. I found Westland Driving School, they offer the remedial course every Saturday 9-6, $50($5 cheaper then Schwartz) no appointment needed and they gentelman that teaches the class treats you like an adult, i asked the instructor of Westland driving school what Schwartz had told me that they couldn't run the class with only 1 student and he told me that they were feeding me a line. So i suggest not going to Schwartz. They lied to me, and got upset when I tried to call them back.

The person who picked up my daughter from this company complained the whole time about her back and made the whole in car experience uncomfortable for her. I would recommend Top Driver they were worth the money.

This is the best school ever! I sent two of my children through schwartz and have been pleased both times with absolutly no problems. I will be sending both of my younger children there when the time comes. They are a very nice family run business.

In-class training was wonderful. Donna, the coordinator for Westerville, was very accommodating. The first instructor my son had was helpful and patience. Unfortunately she only taught the first and second lessons. The instructor who taught the third and fourth lessons was inappropriate and did not fulfill her responsibilities. The third lesson is to be highway driving. This lesson was not completed until I contacted the manager. In fact, she picked my son up on his fourth lesson and had him drive to Schwartz. From there, she told him that she was driving to Gahanna to pick up her cell phone. Not only did she complain about a student accidently taking her cell phone, she also drove back. After calling the manager, she is giving my son a "free" lesson, which is nice since we have already paid for it! We have also requested that the instructor not give the "free" lesson.

I have had the worst time with this company. It's been 3 months since my daughter finished her in class training and she has not had one in car lesson yet. They have cancelled on her twice now. Do you have a rating lower than poor? I paid a lot of money for this training. They should be more accommodating.
