How do I pay?
You can make a payment online using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, check, or money order. You can also call our customer service at 1-888-651-AUTO (2886) to make a payment. Please note that prepaid debit/gift cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc. cannot be used online. Please call us, and we'll be more than happy to process your payment.

What if I don't want to pay online?
Not a problem. You can call us toll-free at 1-888-651-AUTO (2886) or mail a check or money order to:

My payment failed but my credit card looks like it was charged. When will the money be refunded?
This money has not actually been taken from your credit card. Whenever you attempt to make a payment, your credit card company takes an authorization for the amount of the transaction. If the transaction can't be completed, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the credit card company to automatically remove the authorization. Please contact your credit card company if you have further questions.
