How do I pay?
You can make a payment online using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, check, or money order. You can also call our customer service at 1-888-651-AUTO (2886) to make a payment. Please note that prepaid debit/gift cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc., cannot be used online. Please call us, and we'll be more than happy to process your payment.

Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Absolutely. We use only the latest in security technology to protect your Internet transactions, and to ensure your privacy, your credit card number is never kept on file.

What if I don't want to pay online?
Not a problem. You can call us toll-free at 1-888-651-AUTO (2886) or mail a check or money order to:

Note: Please make checks payable to DriversEd.com. Write your username or account information on the memo part of the check and allow 3–4 business days for us to process your payment.

My payment failed but my credit card looks like it was charged. When will the money be refunded?
This money has not actually been taken from your credit card. Whenever you attempt to make a payment, your credit card company takes an authorization for the amount of the transaction. If the transaction can't be completed, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the credit card company to automatically remove the authorization. Please contact your credit card company if you have further questions.

How do I use a referral discount if I was referred by a friend?
Enter the referral discount code and the username or email address of the person who referred you on the payment page, and the discount will be automatically applied. If your friend has taken our course and doesn’t have a referral discount code, he or she can email us at info@DriversEd.com.

Because each of our products is different, refund policies will vary depending on the product. Please select the product you’re interested in below.
