- President's Day Closure Notice: Our support centers will be operating on a limited schedule on Monday, February 16, 2026 in observance of Presidents Day. Phone support and certificate shipping will be closed, though limited email support may be available. Normal support hours will resume on the next business day. 

- Colorado Reporting System Upgrade – Temporary Delay
Due to a scheduled system upgrade, the Colorado's reporting system will be unavailable from 7:00 PM FRIDAY, February 13, 2026 through TUESDAY, February 17 , 2026. During this time, we will not be able to report course completions to the state. If you complete your course during this outage, your completion will be reported as soon as the system is back online.
