How do I pay?

You can pay online using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You can also contact Customer Support to make a payment.

Please note that prepaid debit/gift cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, CashApp, Chime, etc. cannot be used to make a payment.

Is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?

Absolutely. We use only the latest in security technology to protect your online transactions and to ensure your privacy, your credit card number is never kept on file.

My payment failed but my credit card looks like it was charged. When will the money be refunded?

This money has not actually been taken from your credit card. Whenever you attempt to make a payment, the credit card company takes an authorization for the amount of the transaction and will show as "pending" on your bank account. If the transaction can't be completed, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the credit card company to automatically remove the authorization. Please contact your credit card company if you have further questions.
