      Public School Administrator/Parent

This is the FORMER address of "A Driving School of Gig Harbor, Inc." whose new owner is Colby Rogers. This business is NOT associated with "Steve" who owns "A Driving School Southwest" independent branch in Camas & Vancouver, WA. Colby Rogers is the owner of ONLY the Gig Harbor branch. He is the former Traffic Safety Ed teacher for Franklin Pierce School District. He received his TSE certification through Central WA University and is a highly qualified educator. As a parent, I am confident in his instruction -- rigorous curriculum, aligned with DOL and OSPI standards (even though it's a private school), and he employs public school teachers/administrators with TSE certifications. I have known parents to bring ALL their children to this business because of past successes.

The address is wrong for this school. Steve is not the owner of this school. Please go to the Wash. DOL website to correct your service. The Oct-24-07 comment does't belong here.

We actually used the class in Port Orchard, taught by a Mr. Gunter. I have put three children through his classes over the last seven years. He is competent, and extremely thorough. My kids are all excellent drivers, largely thanks to Mr. Gunter's exceptional teaching. I cannot speak for the other classrooms of A-Driving, but Mr. Gunter's is beyond excellent.

      A pist off parent

Just go to another school. Anything has to be better then this second rate, poorly put together money pit. All the owner, "Steve", wants is more money after you shell out $265. My kid could not even park right after this stupid class, all the owner did was joke around and talk on the phone on the drives. My advice, teach them your self and wait until they are 18.
