I've never heard of this school until it came to our town. My daughter completed her classroom time 3 months ago!! She still has to do the driving portion but they just don't get it.!

Assured has ripped off hundreds of people!!! I recently recieved a letter from the state of Ohio stating that Dayton Safety Systems ( Assured Driving School) did not maintain the required performance bond, did not maintain insurance on thier vehicles , and thier instructor who taught my child "has never beed a liscensed instructor, so credit cannot be given for the times and dates for which this person (Racqaul Roberts, instructor) signed. They took our money, wasted our childrens valuable time, and left a lot of kids very disappointed!!!!!!! Thanks to the State of Ohio for being on the ball and allowing these bandits to steal our money and break our kids hearts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the man working there doesn't dress like a teacher should but he is very smart from his years of experience. He also teaches very well. He talks as well as shows films.

My daughter finished the classroom portion 2 months ago and is still waiting for Assured to schedule the driving portion. I have called the office 3 times, and have been told each time that the schedulers are working on it.

It has been almost a month since my child finished driving class and still no certificate. I paid in full in January. You have to pay in full before completion, but they can send you a certificate whenever. ??

I will never use Assured Driving School again. They can't seem to get my son a simple certificate of completion. I know of two other schools that give you a certificate on your last day of driving. I guess that isnt as bad as a driving instructor that sleeps while they are driving. This happened with two of my children, same instructor one and half years apart. Then there is the in room instructor that told them they better not drink and drive, but he understood they need to kick back once and a while, but they better not drive. These kids are only 15 1/2 or 16, usually. Its ILLEGAL for them to "kick-back". Kids receive enough of that encouragement from other kids. They don't need an adult telling them its ok.

I am so dissatisfied with Assured. I guess the driving classes and class room were good but they still have not sent my daughters certificate. She was told a month ago if you don't have it within 10 days call us, I have called several times. The office staff has been less than helpful or interested. Phone always busy, or voice mail full. Today I insisted on speaking with the manager, did talk to her explained the importance of getting the certificate asap and she said she would call Columbus and get back with me today or this pm, I haven't heard a thing. My advice to anyway looking at assured, DONT DO IT, PAY THE $50 MORE FOR ANOTHER SCHOOL AND GO THERE. It would be well worth it.

I feel like the class and driving time was pretty good. As for the time to receive your certificate I am not very happy about. At Safeway school you receive your certificate as soon as you have completed everything. This is where my nephew went to. At Assured my son finished his last class on May 11th and we have still not received a certificate. All I get is the run around every time I call. The lady will say call back at 4:00 and then not answer the phone or it should be here tomorrow. I feel that this is totally inappropriate especially since I had paid my $325 when he had first started taking the classes. As a matter of fact as I am typing this letter I am calling the Assured office right now and it is still busy as it has been for the last hour. That is my feeling about Assured Driving School.
