Highly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Took close to ten lessons, some with owner, some with an instructor, then passed the road test. Good support by administrator (Nancy) in scheduling lessons as well as road test. A pleasure!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!! If I could give this driving school zero stars, I would. Not only was the office extremely rude in addition to refusing access to speaking to a manager, but the driving instructor was horrendous as well. Marco was extremely unprofessional, and reacts with anger and impatience to any driving mistake, no matter how small. He was actually yelling during a portion of the drive. If you call the office after a terrible experience, forget about getting your money back, like you would with any good customer service, because the secretary won't even let you speak to a manager.

Spoke with Patrick the owner of the company he was very rude and proceeded to yell at me for attempting to report a problem. The instructor Mark was 45 mins late to my 1st and last a lesson and my 2nd lesson was canceled by them. Will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. Take your money elsewhere , that's exactly what Patrick told me to do.

Its really sad that other driving schools in rochester ny need to stoop this low and can't compete on thier own merits and have to make up stories that as you can see are so absurd as they are unprofessional just call the schools in Rochester and you will get a answer service or someone that has to call you back or someone trying to charge you almost 100.00 for a lesson . We have the best customer service among the schools in Rochester and the two schools that keep posting these comments about our instructor are learning that you can't keep a business that really cares about thier clients down. Mr stansfield is one of our best instructors and this person is ignorant because if they took lesson all school are bound by nysdmv refund policy

Allwright's helped my daugther prepare for her driving test. They were compentent, reliable and efficient. Working with Allwright's made my life much easier and helped my daughter learn things I could not have taught her.

Patient, dependable, and unlike driving lessons from friends, they don't get nervous if you slip up. They don't use their brake unless they need to, which is surprisingly rare. There is a female driving instructor who can be chatty. The owner is probably the best, Pat's quiet, polite, and unflappable.
