They are unprofessional. They have unlicensed instructors teaching clients how to drive. The owner is unprofessional as well. Stay clear from this place.

The staff was courteous and freindly. The instructor was very patient because honestly, I've never driven before and I'm surprised he didn't lose his cool. I was all over the place but he helped me reamain calm until I finally got it. Thank you for helping me get my liscence, All Roads.

i had one lesson with them once. The first time i set foot in that place, it was like i walked into an abandoned house. It was really messy. But i don't usually require that they keep thier place clean but i do get a little ticked when the instructor makes me drive her to someone's house so that she can drop off a package. On top of that, i accidently left my permit in the car and when i asked the intructor if she had it, she said yes. I called back 5 days later to see when i can pick up my permit because for some reason, she didnt leave it in the office, she was carrying it around with her, she then said she didnt have it. I reported it to the manager who then said he will try to track her down. 2 months later, i got my permit back...had to pick it up myself too. Oh and without an apology or explanation.

I was really surprised with how badly the service was and how badly I was treated as a customer. For my first lesson my instructor was 1 hour and 45min late, If i hadnt called them to tell them, no one would have showed up, my second lesson was more a disaster, no one showed up at all! I had called after an hour and they said we could reschedule for the next day....the next day, I waited for 20 minutes and decided to call to find out what was going on, and they hadnt even sent a person out to me, I had decided to ask for my money back due to the poor service and I was faced with attitude, they refused to give me a full refund and whomever the manager was, was completely disrespectful, "Stop looking for attention...why is it such a big deal, are you going to die if we dont come...why are you in such a hurry for your lesson, is your dad dying..." They were an hour and 45 minutes late or didnt show up at all and they found they had a right to complain??? it was later followed by him yelling at me and telling me that im pushing him to yell at me by asking for my money back for their lack of responsibility and poor service! My treatment was completely unnecessary and their lack of professionalism for a business was appalling! I do not recommend it with a pure passion.

Before I went to All Roads Driving School, I never drove a car in my life. But with just 6 road lessons I passed my road test with 1 try. I would say thats some pretty good work for someone who never drove a day in his life.
