The teacher Stephanie is immature. She acts like a brat and expects you to put Drivers Education first instead of your academics. She gets annoyed if you go into the class without already having 40 hours and without knowing everything you already need to know. She lectured my class the first day for not knowing what a brown sign meant (tourist and recreation) although the whole point of Drivers Education is to teach the student. In retrospect, she probably isn’t extremely horrible but she definitely isn’t good. When I drove with her she’d override her own words, for example, I was told to do a left shoulder check even though I was going into the right lane, but of course I listened to her because she’s a teacher and I’m a student, then she yelled at me. She’d also reach over your body while you’re driving to honk the horn at someone she knows. She also picks favourites in the class and blatantly dislikes others. While driving if you were to make a mistake, the next class she may mention that mistake, she won’t say your name, but she says it in such a degrading tone that it’s very embarrassing and overall very discouraging. She mentions stories about other students and how idiotic they’ve been in past classes, she told my own class about a girl at a blinking red light and how she’d stop whenever the light turned red instead of treating it like a stop sign. For me personally this is very unprofessional and I believe there should be some sort of secrecy. Overall, Stephanie isn’t the worst teacher, she liked me her first few classes, hated me while driving and made me cry once in the car, and then loved me near the end of my class. Her emotions are very hard to keep track of, but as long as you feed her some of the school’s gossip while you drive, you’ll be fine. I did pass her class with at least a 100, and I did pass my driving test, so I wasn’t a bad kid or student, she just wasn’t fond of me. If you believe you can handle Steph and her whirlwind of emotions and fake stories, go for it.

I was very impressed and happy with the school and the instructor Stephanie. My first encounter with Stephanie is when I signed my son chandler up and I only paid half the money, we spoke and she agreed I could pay her the next class. She made an exception that I was very happy about. When my son came home he was excited about how well he did driving and on the exams. Chandler did say if he had any questions Mrs Stephanie answered then and explained if he needed more of an answer. I feel she takes her job seriously and tries hard to teach kids how to be good respectful, responsibil drivers. She is also very real with the children in explaining what can happen. She gave my son respect and he returned it. He always thanked her for taking him driving. It seems small, but chandler wanted her to know he appreciated it. I think we should have more teachers like this, and people who need to retake a driving course should have to take it with Mrs Stephanie.

This school is outstanding! My son went through the school and had no complaints nor did I. Stephanie is fine person and cares very deeply about her students. She’s a very caring teacher, she tries her best to make them learn the rules of the road for the start of these young peoples driving lives. I wish we had more like her in this community!

Teacher acts like she is 12 years old and picks on students. She make unnecessary comments about student performance in front of other students. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Extremely poor rating!

Make sure you stop for about 2-3 seconds at stop signs, even if the road's clear.if a light turns ylelow, don't go! don't try to make it before it turns red.stay within 5 miles per hour of the speed limit.make sure you make it obvious that you are checking around you at all times. mirrors need to be positioned correctly so you can see, check for people crossing etc.its actually really easy =] i just took mine a month ago
