I have had three children go thru Premier Driving Academy. I felt it was time that I had to write a review. First, any myths or lies that have been posted from disgruntled parents and there fabricated comments. I have the most respect for the professionalism and compassion of Premier Driving Academy and their instructors and road testers. I have had great experiences for all my kids. One of my children had a very difficult time learning to drive. Premier gave my child an extra hour free and really help ease their fears. When it came time to road test, I booked it with Larry. Two of my children did well and he was great and calming. Again the third child needed another road test. Some parents blame the Examiner. However, Larry made the first road test a learning experience and referred it to a driving lesson and never used the word failed. What a teacher and Examiner. He gave my child positive reinforcement for the next test. Larry made a big difference, the second road test was such a success and a gratifying accomplishment. So for all you parents and kids there is only One choice for driving instruction and testing. Go to Premier Driving Academy. Thank you Premier.

I am so pleased with Premier Driving Academy and their professional instruction and personal approach. I have sent all three of my kids and have recommended Premier to other mothers as well. Premier not only gave great instruction and their Driving Range is the difference since no other company has one. My kids really loved it and I was very impressed with the instructors. When it came time for the Road Test we also went to Premier and had Larry do all three of my kids. He is so personable and more importantly made my kids feel relaxed. My kids were well prepared and I recommend Premier Driving Academy to everyone who needs quality instruction by quality people.

Terrible instructor for driving test. Extremely rude, made the student feel very uncomfortable while driving constantly talking, asking questions that didn't need to be asked while he was concentrating on driving. Grabbed the wheel when there was no need, and was insistent on making sure he completey made him look and feel like a fool. Hell bent on criticizing him by saying that it was great he got into two great colleges but he didn't do anything right. Tried to thank me for my time and I wished I would have said you mean for my money. If I could put zero stars, I would.

I cannot begin to tell you the level of rude, crass behavior Larry had when my daughter and I had to deal with him. I told him flat out, he was one of the rudest people i have ever met. He told me to get bent and said a couple profanities. All in the presence of my daughter and 2 other people that were with us. It was unbelievable. I would rate this with -0- stars if I could. THE WORST experience.

Wow! I have never, ever experienced somebody so rude and offensive in my life as the road tester, Larry! And, nobody returns calls at this extremely unprofessional company. I would love to chat with the owner or a manager about Larry's behavior and the overall lack of response from leaving messages but it is impossible to reach anyone!! I will tell EVERYONE I know to stear clear of this organization.

My daughter just finished driver education with Premier Driving Academy. Since this is our oldest child we researched this important part of education for our daughter. It didn't take long to decide on Premier after speaking to several parents that had their children go thru Premier as well as parents whose children went to other schools and were very disappointed of the training. After observing Premier's driving range this weekend, I am so glad that my daughter received her driver training at Premier. The curriculum, instructors were excellent. All I can say is my other two boys will be getting their driver training at Premier Driving Academy.

Excellent program. Great driving range. Premier knows how to teach driving skills and just as important; they know how to get through to the kids. Even the road test was used as an opportunity to teach. Thank you. We have a confident and well prepared new driver.

We recently moved from Germany and had questions regarding getting the Michigan motorcycle skills test done for the endorsement. We sent an email with our questions and received a quick response. We were thrilled to get a quick appointment. They had excellent equipment to rent for the test and provided a comfortable atmosphere. We would recommend them to anybody relocating that needs to get the Michigan motorcycle skills test done. Thanks Larry A. and Dan

I had two sons go thru driver education. The oldest went to the biggest school in macomb county, while my youngest went to Premier Driving Academy. I will say that the big named school is not mean the best instruction. It is clear that Premier is owned and operated by two teachers who can teach! The classroom instructor was excellent and made it fun and interesting as my son came home and would tell me every night. While the driving range helped my son tremendously his driving instructor was very patient and friendly which made my son's expire nice both enjoyable and learned.

This school and their instructors are outstanding! They make learning fun, while teaching how to keep your child safe. We had two other children attend other driving schools. One put my son on M59 his first day of driving because he said he had some driving experience. He said he drove "white knuckled" the whole time. The other terrorized my daughter and she is now a nervous driver. The teachers even give themselves funny names to help the kids identify I with them. Consider the child when you read the next comment.

We have been having huge problems with one of their driving instructors. He's rude to the kids and parents. He won't return calls. He has yelled and hung up on us and isn't showing up for driving appointments. His name is Larry Wilhelm. Parents beware. There's a lot of other driving schools. Don't subject yourselves or your kids to this abuse.

I was impressed with the road test they conducted with my son. It was at North Lake School in St. Clair Shores. My son actually failed the test, but afterward the instructor explained what he did at every corner, every red light every stop sign, getting on and off the highway. He did it in a positive manner, and asked my son to work on those things. That day, we went back on the road and worked on the parts driving my son needed. He left there with a pretty good understanding of what to do on a road test, or what he needed to be able to do. The instructor didin't talk down to him after the test, but rather he talked to him. I think my son learned more in the 10 minutes he took after the test than he did with his mother and I in the past 3 months. Nice guy.

Nice class. I'm very impressed with the teachers and how professional they are. Very organized. My son actually comes home and talks to me about the class. One teacher in particular, Mr. Wags. Says he mixes the humor with real learning. Way to go Premier.

My family had huge problems with Courtesey. We paid 285 dollars at Anchor Bay, yet 5 miles down the road at L'Anse Creuse they only pay 239. We know it's because Courtesey is the only complany out there, but they have to compete with Premier down below 16 mile. Plus Premier has the driving range. I can do a ton of things in the car now. BTW, parent from June, we got through with everything in 3 weeks, I don't know what you're talking about.

Wow. These guys are good!!!! My daughter could parallel park better than I could when she was done. They have an outstanding driving range. They also got these kids done with the course in three weeks. I don't see how they do it for their price.

Great class, great instructors. I sent a nephew to Courtesey and they took 6 weeks to get everyone diven. Premier gets thier kids through the class in 3 weeks. Their driving range was amazing. Well done.

My son is currently taking the class and there are not enough instructors for all of the students to drive. This is ridiculous. We are paying for them to learn and you do not have enough teachers! Very upsetting!
