      * The classroom portion was not particularly professional, unless your fine with arrogant swearing. * Scheduling a driving lesson had to be done MONTHS in advance using their online system. When you start end of June looking for some time in the summer, it's nearly next to impossible. Once I realized this in August, his last 3 lessons couldn't be scheduled until December. When I called, the office just said to keep checking daily. * The road test itself was totally unprofessional. I don't know if this is Tritown's fault or not. Who knows how they find the testers. The TESTER brought her boyfriend with her, and the 2 being tested had to listen to them bickering while they were being tested. * To cap it all off, TRITOWN NEVER SUBMITTED MY SON'S EXAM RESULTS TO THE RMV. So he was driving around with his signed permit, waiting for the license to come in the mail AND IT NEVER DID. After calling Tritown to figure out WHY NOT they just told me apparently I had not paid. I HAD. So they said they'd look into it and get back to me. 5 days later, I have to sit on the phone for 40 minutes waiting to talk to the RMV directly, and they said that the driving school NEVER SUBMITTED the exam results until the day after I called them back. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We had a really, REALLY good experience with Porter Driving School which is just down the street. We didn't use him this 2nd time because the classroom week did not align with my son's schedule. We won't make that mistake again. ALL our children from now on will go to Porter. I suggest you do the same.

The guy I had last night was CLUELESS! he tries to tell me the rules of the road on a road I drive on EVERYDAY! do not tell me what to do on my own street! Then he tells me I have to wait two weeks or something after my last lesson when the office told me 10 days. I cannot wait to be done with these people!

Great class! Road lessons were ok, if you don't mind 10 mins of instruction and the rest of the time driving to some other town to get another person.

I just got my license thanks to Tri Town! Jimmy is great to teach the way he does! All of the teachers did a great job! I knew everything to do and did it all right! My only complaint is I got the same teacher for my lessons almost all the time, he was really nicem but I would have liked some other teachers, It got kind of like a chore after a while with the same person. Im telling all my friends to go tothrough Tri Town, but ask for more than one teacher.

PLEASE READ! As you know the comments posted here can be written by anyone. well, the negative comments you will read have been posted by another driving school. This is one of the ways they try to attract business. PROOF? I ask anyone reading this to do what I have and investigate these comments, you ask?... well, I'll give you a couple of facts and then you can follow the sent,...see where it leads you. 1. The owner of first class auto school began teaching at Tanner City Driving School in Peabody and then decided to open up a school of her own in Wilmington,...right between Tri-Town and Agganis Driving School. 2. Her name is Debra Smith,....maiden name Debra Laughlin. 3. Please read comments made about Tri-town Driving School, Agganis Driving School, Tanner City Auto School and of course First Class Auto School!!!...specifically the comments dated June 21, 06. (on each of these schools) After you read these comments please respond by commenting to each of the schools I have listed. All of us associated would appreciate your thoughts on this disturbing issue. (who do you think wrote these comments?) Please choose your driver education provider carefully...most of them conduct themselves in a very unscrupulous manner. The fact that this individual resorted in this type of underhanded business practice disgusts me!

When looking at the first two comments by "Mrs. Politis" it is clear that they are not written by the same person. All one needs to do is examine the grammar differences to tell that the first comment was indeed written by the mother of a student, while the other was clearly not. I am sure that if you ask Mrs. Politis, she would not be happy to know that someone is posting comments that she herself has not written. And it's interesting to note, that her second son has already signed up for the course at Tri-Town. I am also quite sure that other driving schools in the area will not appreciate someone trying to sabotage their businesses. So, let the perpetrator know (and we do know who you are) that the appropriate measures are being taken right now to correct this matter.

      I've seen it all

That lady has to be a beaut. First, she rates the place excellent and then 2 days later: it's poor. Give me a break

The staff were excellent - enough information to alert my son to dangers that can be encountered on the road. Good instruction, very accommodating when going for driving test. We had a great experience and 2nd son will be signing up soon.
