absolutely the poorest run driving school imaginable. Christine, the director will berate, threaten, name call, stonewall, instruct employees to lie and obfuscate the truth about her inability to run a program and then ask you if you have the internal records generated in her office. I give the school one star for being honest about the location of the facility. After eight weeks, Christine didn't file the paperwork to allow our son to take his driving test. These things happen. After we discovered he wasn't in the system we called and was told by the competent receptionist that the director would look into it while we waited at the DMV. After a half hour i called back and the receptionist told me Christine was still out of the office and she apologized. She said she would be returning before the end of the day. when we got back to Peoria, we decided to stop in and see if there was paperwork we could take to the DMV instead of waiting for the state to load it in their system. The receptionist told me Christine had still not returned, so no progress was made. we decided to have lunch, expecting to resolve this the next day. Christine calls me about 30 minutes later and tells me there is no record of my son being at the school, to which i replied, i have proof of payment. Christines response was, you don't even know if you bought the correct package. Instead of aruging, i suggested we be refunded our payment and start the process over with her. She vehemently declined, then berated me for not having the paperwork her instructor failed to give my son, said i was being "presumptuous" (not sure if she knows the meaning of this word or if it's just something she says to people when they demand she account for her duties). I told her if she could not come up with the records today, i need a refund. she hung up (i assumed). i called back and she hung up again (assumption verified) i called back again and she again hung up. we then traveled back to the "school" where Christine barked that she had the paperwork right here, stood up from her desk stuck her head through the window and called me a bully. i said i would just take it up with the SOS and she again repeated "you're a bully because you can't stand up to a woman". (her logic here is a bit fuzzy, again i'm not sure what she thinks a bully is, but it seems to work most of the time, so she sticks with it) Said she gave us $50 worth of free services (my son went to a session, sat in the waiting room and hour and then was told the instructor want there due to illness. So rescheduling an unilateral institutional fault, she was kind enough to "give us" a reschedule. She also then informed me that the SOS "doesn't care" and "they won't do anything". She then screams at the receptionist to GET OUT (?maybe a set up for a no witness assault charge?) and about 30 seconds later yells CALL THE POL... CALL THE PO..., being the gentleman i am, i finished the difficult sentence for her by saying "yes, Miss, please call the police". This interaction frightened my son so he left the building to return to the car. His mother came in and proceeded to rework Christine with swarmy bullshit. It worked. Kiss her ass, don't ask questions, pay in advance and get what you get and get out. Professionalism, organization, courtesy, due diligence and honesty are not her forte. Truthfully, our son was not ready to drive after the training and on the way to the "school" i was beginning to wonder if he, by way of embarrassment, hid the fact he didn't pass and this is what the confusion was about. we worked with him about 30 more hours after his not documented "completion" and he was ready to take his test 8 weeks after the class was finished. So if you want your kid to not learn to drive, cause confusion at the DMV, be yelled at and berated by a middle age chick who got her sense of fashion from a holiday inn lounge somewhere around 1985 and her personality from Donald Trump and Denis Leary's School of Charm, this is the place!

This school is decent. The teachers' IQ is obviously lower than average, whereas the driving instructors are excellent.

This is poorly organized school and their service is not professional. We don't recommend this school to anyone. Who ever gave good ratings to this school must be the employees or owner of this company.
