      Thankful Mom & Dd

Town and Country Driving School did an outstanding job on teaching our son to drive. He is a better, defensive, patient driver since taking lessons with Town and Country. We planned ahead and had no problems scheduling the driving lessons. Thanks Jan for your patience and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed in this business! I liked the accessibility to classes at the high school, but there is no adequate customer service policy if THEY cancel on you, and you are left at their mercy since payment is expected before classes even begin. My daughter purposely waited to schedule all of her in car appointments together, but now had to wait over another 5 weeks because an instructor got sick. And what if they cancel again in the already limited time frame she has to get her license? They expect you to follow their rules on cancellations and make ups, but there are NO solutions or accommodations offered if they are the ones to cancel on you. Please consider another driving school! I really wish we had gone elsewhere.

driving instructor was rude, and talked bad about other students in the class to the rest of the students. She was not good with us teaching wise, always grumpy.

The instructor wanted to have my daughter take her out to eat. That is all they did. She crashed 6 times in the first 6 months of driving. It was a waste of money. They are also rude.

In car driver was rude to my daughter and humiliated her for not having the driving skills he expected. Did not teach, only made personal attacks on her in front of the others. She never finished and at 19 still doesn't want to drive.

The Cloverleaf instructor was mean and intimidating to the entire class. You child will get NO enjoyment in this class. I pulled my son after the first class and went with Pro driving school. It was a much better experience. Kind instructor and nice office staff. This is supposed to be an exciting time in a teenagers life! Stay away from Town & Country driving school!!
