      My son recently attended this course and to my dismay it was horrible from the start. First the instructor made disrespectful sexual comments to my wife during registration. Secondly the instructor has a speech impediment which made my son have extreme difficulties understanding and following the lectures. Last the instructor decided that being late ten minutes was enough to prevent him from entering the class and embarrassing him in front of his classmates. When my wife attempted to explain the situation the instructor became very rude, argumentative and disrespectful. My wife asked for a refund which he replied email us, we have yet to get a response. Whatever you do, find somewhere other than this drivers education course to attend.

      this school is the worst business i have ever dealt with and this mr coleman is lucky he hasn't been knocked on his ass,my son finished the classroom back in aug and has only 1 drive lesson and we don't know when hes going to finish when you try calling they don't answer and if you e-mail them they either don't write back and if they do it a rude e-mail i am t going to write a complaint to the better bussiness bureau and mva please don't waist you time or money and if you already did please help with report these idiots. i wish i could give them no stars

      Concur with the other reviews here. If I could assign a negative star rating, I would. I really don't understand how these people stay in business. Without a doubt THE WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have had essentially the same experience with regard to rudeness, lack of follow through with the driving appointments and being hung up on. I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the MVA. They do not deserve to be accredited to give this course, in my opinion - or to be in business, period. That said, perhaps nothing will come of my single complaint, but there are a lot of people who seem to share the same opinion, so maybe taken collectively the organization that allows them to stay in business may see fit to do something.

      This is one of the worst experience of my life. My daughter learned nothing!!!! Mr. Coleman is very hard to understand and extremely rude. And to get the drives done are like pulling teeth. Even when I got a schedule they did not stick to it. They take on too many clients. They only have 3 people running this show. Take your time and money elsewhere. Absolutely awful.

      Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!! The class instructor Mr. Coleman was extremely rude, hard to understand and belittled the class and the parents who attended. My daughter completed the class in June, didn't get her first drive until a month later and is not scheduled for her next drive almost 7 weeks!!!! When I called to inquire as to why it would take so long Mr. Coleman was as usual extremely rude! Like the last person who gave a review, he wouldn't let me speak or speak to one of the other two owners. I called back several times just to hear him get rude again and hang up on me. Not worth the frustration or aggravation! Do not waste your time or money going to this company. You will be very disappointed! Any other driving school here in St. Mary's would be so much more worth your time and money. Even if it is a few dollars more! Extremely poor customer service and absolutely no professionalism what so ever!!! If I could give them a zero rating I would! Beware!

      I started the class in June and got my first drive done with in 2 to 3 weeks after but it took them 7 weeks to schedule my second drive. I have called and spoke with Mr Robertson he is very nice so is the lady but when you speak with Mr. Coleman he is very rude, ignorant and doesn't know how to run a business I have called he didn't answer he hung up and said that me and my mom were harassing him we called about 6 times and he hung up. During class if someone called he wouldn't answer and If he did he would answer and then hang up immediately. If you are going to run a business know how to do it right or learn cause you abviously don't know how. It shouldnt take 3 to 4 months for a student that payed a stupid amount of money to get all of their drives in. I start college this month and still have yet to get my second drive and have no way back and forth to college because i dint have my license. Like everyone else has said if you could go to another driving school I would go to CSM it's 10$ more and they complete the students drives within a week to 2 weeks after completing the class. If I could give no stars for the rating I would. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO GO HERE!!!!!!!!

      The class itself was fine but slow... it's the scheduling of the BTW drives that is an issue... there definitely needs to be a better process put into place. I personally had a horrible customer service experience with the owner... when calling to inquire about getting my child's second drive scheduled (after a month had passed since the last)... he raised his voice at me... got smart with me... would not let me speak and hung up on me.... I called him back and he hung up on me again. So having had enough of the situation, I wrote a review on google that displeased him. He actually had the nerve to call me that evening to yell and curse at me. I was in complete shock that he felt it was okay to speak to me in such a way. After he was done yelling... he just handed the phone to another person to finish the conversation. He refused to even hear me out or listen to my issues. Word of advise to the Company.... you never know exactly who you are speaking with... word of mouth is a powerful thing... I have 2 teenagers... I'm friends with their friends parents... it would behoove you to work on your customer service skills! Of course I'm going to share my experience with others! If you don't want a bad review then please provide a better experience! I truly wish I had gone elsewhere and it is unfortunate that I still have to deal with this company. If you can go elsewhere... I highly recommend it! I'm totally disgusted with the total direspect and unprofessionalism.

      Horrible service. Tried to say I owed them more money. Took them over 3 months to get the whole shabang done. Horrible with scheduling BTW sessions. Very disappointed.
