Slow Moving Vehicles

Farm tractors, animal-drawn carts, and road-maintenance vehicles are not designed for high-speed travel and move slowly. You need to watch for these vehicles and be prepared to adjust your speed according to them. Horse-drawn vehicles and riders of horses or other animals are entitled to share the road with you. If you are traveling near such carriage, don't use your horn, it can scare the animal. It is a traffic offense to scare horses or stampede livestock.
