Ive never taken it

This is the best school ever! I sent two of my children through schwartz and have been pleased both times with absolutly no problems. I will be sending both of my younger children there when the time comes. They are a very nice family run business.

In-class training was wonderful. Donna, the coordinator for Westerville, was very accommodating. The first instructor my son had was helpful and patience. Unfortunately she only taught the first and second lessons. The instructor who taught the third and fourth lessons was inappropriate and did not fulfill her responsibilities. The third lesson is to be highway driving. This lesson was not completed until I contacted the manager. In fact, she picked my son up on his fourth lesson and had him drive to Schwartz. From there, she told him that she was driving to Gahanna to pick up her cell phone. Not only did she complain about a student accidently taking her cell phone, she also drove back. After calling the manager, she is giving my son a "free" lesson, which is nice since we have already paid for it! We have also requested that the instructor not give the "free" lesson.

The best place ever!!! Both my sons attended this school and had their in cars in a timely manner. The facility is very accommodating and respectful. Will be sending my daughter there!

This place sucks

I have had the worst time with this company. It's been 3 months since my daughter finished her in class training and she has not had one in car lesson yet. They have cancelled on her twice now. Do you have a rating lower than poor? I paid a lot of money for this training. They should be more accommodating.
